nextunlimited can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has not been used you will be refunded in full. If you wish to do so, please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’
After the first 14 days, no refund will be given and access to nextunlimited will immediately stop. This includes if credit is withdrawn or you close your credit account. To cancel after 14 days please phone the customer service team on 0333 777 8000*.

After the first 14 days, you can cancel your subscription after the 3rd payment has been taken as part of the 3-month fixed period. To do so, please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’
