• You will only pay a £4.95 delivery charge for each order regardless of how many items you order, with the exception of Fresh Flowers and selected Home items.
• For a single payment of £22.50, nextunlimited offers free standard home delivery for a year. The service can be used on all items from next.co.uk, with no minimum order value.

We’d love to invite and offer everyone a VIP slot but due to limited spaces, not all customers will receive an invite.

VIP Sale invites are sent out to a selection of our customers and we’re not able to guarantee who will be selected to take part in our VIP sale.

We are working to make the VIP sale as inclusive as possible and are always adding more slots. Keep an eye out on your emails/texts!

If you need to change your VIP Sale time slot, don't worry! It's super easy to do online at www.next.co.uk/eoss/. You just need to sign in to your account, and you'll be able to see the details of your existing time slot. Plus, you can see all the other available time slots**, so you can pick the one that works best for you.

Due to high volumes of orders during the sale period, it can take up to 2 hours for your order confirmation email to arrive.

If you’ve not received the order confirmation after 2 hours then check your junk / spam folder to ensure it hasn’t filtered into there.

It’s also worth checking the email address you’ve provided, just incase it’s not quite right. For more information on how to amend your email address click here.

If you have not received an order confirmation email then you can also check your order has gone through by signing into 'My Account' and selecting ‘My Orders’. The details will appear here within two hours of the order being placed.

Sale Events - SALE T&C's 2025

VIP SALE

1. Only invited Next customers will be able to book a slot and order from the VIP Online Sale. Do not forward details of this service - they are specific to your account. Exclusions to the VIP Online Sale apply.
2. Slots are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Time slots are restricted to one slot per customer.
3. If you have an alternative delivery address set as a default, or select store delivery, you may be required to pay for your sale order in full. If you would like to add your sale order to your nextpay account (subject to available credit), sign into My Account www.next.co.uk/secure/account/Login and remove the default delivery address before logging into your VIP slot. Your order will be delivered to your billing address. The default store can only be changed when you register for your

   You must use www.next.co.uk/eoss/ to ensure you receive the sale prices. No price adjustments will be offered once an order has been completed without using the above link.
5. During busy periods, we may restrict the number of items you can add to your shopping bag. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to remove items and complete your order.
6. The VIP Online Sale is very popular and you have been sent an invitation before other Next customers. In the interests of fairness, if you book a VIP shopping slot and do not use it, this may also affect your eligibility for any priority VIP Online Sale invitations in the future.
7. All Sale items are subject to availability.

New nextpay Customers - Priority VIP Sale Access

Priority access to our Online Sale (also known as VIP) is a benefit to nextpay and pay in 3 customers. Exclusions apply. To be allocated a priority sale shopping slot for the upcoming Sale you will need to be/stay opted in to receive marketing emails and have successfully created your nextpay or pay in 3 credit account by 11:59pm on 16th December 2025. You will receive your Priority Access invite by 22nd December 2025. Priority access gives you the choice of available time slots.
